looks amazing and fits lovely on my daughter

The item does not fit, attempted to message the seller, they asked for pictures to show them how it does not fit. Was told it looked fine and never offered to either send a different size or offer to try and alter the top or skirt. Sent me an address to return but did not offer to pay for postage. Definitely will not recommend this seller.
